Scope Of Work
Proposed Multi-Tenant Flex-Building. Improvements consisted of new fire-rated lobbies on first & second floors with a new elevator, a fire-rated egress stair was constructed in addition to the two existing egress stairs. An open stairway and atrium were in-filled with a new floor on composite concrete decking over steel framing. Selected architectural precast concrete panels were removed and replaced with curtain-walls.
