Scope Of Work
Functioned as turn-key general contractor, including coordinating sub-trades (glazing, millwork, exterior EIFS, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and plumbing).
In-house work included demolition, framing (non-structural), masonry, concrete (for exterior ramps), drywall, and interior finishes (dryfall ceiling and wall paint, tile, ceilings, door installation, etc.).
