Scope Of Work
Pacific Northwest Consulting LLC is the owner representative/project managers for the Portland Community Church (Also a Member of the church.) Our role as the owner rep/construction manager was to facilitate the application and approval for the land use change as well as the public hearings process, design management, permit submittals, reviews and approvals and site development of the property to meet all local and federal wetland standards.
The project has been a very challenging dealing with the County for changing the land use, building dept. and site redevelopment to meet with the wetland management that is adjacent to the new site. The site was a former hospice facility that was donated to our church. We have completely remodeled the interior to add classrooms, restrooms, meeting space, and offices as well as the 4000 square foot addition of the sanctuary.
