Roof Coating Steps

UNIFLEX has a variety of coating systems that will be fit to meet the needs of our clients.  Although each of the processes may vary, the fundamental roof application process is consistent throughout.

Your first step is to call Zenith for a free roof inspection and estimate. One of our professional team members will arrive at your building to assess the roof and damage that has already occurred. If we believe the damage is beyond our control, we will refer you to a trustworthy and locally certified roofing contractor. On the other hand, if we believe your roof is a candidate for UNIFLEX products, we will give you a free estimate for the cost of your project.

Once we start the project, our first step is to power wash the entire area where the coating is to be applied. This will wash away dirt or debris and to ensure a clean and secure binding to your roof.

Our next step is the base coat of UNIFLEX. This is what will bind directly to your roof and keep the coating secure and fitted.

The last step is a top coat. This will go far in reflecting harsh UV rays and prevent hail damage. It will also leave your roof looking aesthetically pleasing with a smooth finish all around.
