Scope Of Work
We coated all of the individual storage unit floors with a multi-coating system using industrial grade epoxies and polymer hybrids from Eco-Corflex. We also provided custom sink basins with granite counter tops for each unit. There are 50 individual units ranging from 800-1200 sf per unit in this facility.
We've done a lot of work at facilities like this over the years. What was most challenging about this particular project is that each unit is individually owned so there are in essence 50 different clients to satisfy in addition to the contractor and developer. Each customer was also allowed to select there own finish options for the flooring, cabinet color, cabinet hardware, and counter tops so keeping on top of the details and logistics of this also made it a bit more challenging.
Overall, the customer satisfaction level was terrific. The developer was happy with our performance so much, that he is contracting us to service the next facility he is building down in Castle Rock.
