Scope Of Work
BDB was hired as a general contractor to renovate existing lobby of this Coop building located in Midtown Manhattan. This building comprises of about 170 residential units which translates into a lot of traffic going in and out of the building while we were renovating the lobby. We prepared and executed appropriate safety and dust control plans ensuring safety of residents in addition to delivering a top quality project on time and within budget.
