Scope Of Work
Our pleasant relationship with the Owner of Baruch-NYU Building located in Midtown Manhattan dates back to our early days. We have performed various projects at the property covering a wide range of scope types both as a general contractor and as a design-build firm. A summary of work performed is outlined below:
2012: Restoration of all exterior facades of the building and filing for NYC Department of Buildings Local law 11 compliance.
2013: Renovation of vacant floors (4th ,5th and 6th)—the floors are currently being occupied by NYU Dentistry.
2014: Replacement of 3 existing 20-ton air conditioning units with new FHP Air conditioning units.
2018: Replacement of existing wood storefront on the first and second floors with a new all Glass point-supported curtain wall system.
2019: Renovation of existing lobby.
