Scope Of Work
We have always enjoyed our projects at this Upper West Side Brownstone. A summary of the work performed is as follows:
2013: Renovation of Garden Floor Apartment.
2015: Renovation of Parlor floor bathroom.
2016: Horizontal extension of Penthouse Unit to convert part of rear terrace into living space. BDB was responsible for obtaining approvals from NYC Landmarks Commission and NYC Department of Buildings in addition to performing construction work.
2018: Installation of pavers at Rear Yard.
