Scope Of Work
Windsor Communities Oak Grove contracted RAM Electric of Stoneham MA to retrofit their community with new Solid State LED Lighting. RAM Electric reached out to briteluxe LED Lighting for lighting design and product specification to meet the Mass Save Multifamily rebate program.
Scope of Project:
- Garage Lighting - Replaced existing compact fluorescent 32W tubes with energy efficient 15W, 1,800 lumens ballast by pass LED tubes
- Apartment Unit Lighting - Replaced existing ceiling lights with energy efficient decorative style 6W and 12W LED ceiling lights
- Apartment Unit Lighting - Replaced compact fluorescent under cabinet lighting with energy efficient LED under cabinet lights
- Common Area Lighting - Replaced compact fluorescent wall sconces with energy efficient decorative style 6W LED wall sconces
- Community Center - Replaced recessed and outdoor lighting with energy efficient LED lights
