Scope Of Work
311,740 SF, multi-phased interior demolition and renovation of an occupied hotel containing 1,080 rooms. The first phase included the replacement of the building's HVAC system. The second phase included the demolition and replacement of existing plumbing and electrical systems, reconfiguration of selected partitions and replacement of architectural finishes. This project won the 2010 WBC Craftsmanship Award for HVAC Piping.
