Scope Of Work
A 465,000 SF, 30-story, 300-room hotel tower, including multiple functions, such as restaurants, food service, commercial kitchens, theatres, meeting rooms and casino. There is also a sound recording studio with isolation floors, recording booths and a room for live music production. In addition, the hotel includes a pool area and three levels of specialty venues on the top three floors, including the Playboy Casino, Nove Restaurant and Moon Nightclub.
