Scope Of Work
New 120,000 GSF high school building and multi-use athletic facility to accommodate up to 850 high school students. The project included standard classrooms, science labs, special education, gymnasium, visual & performing arts spaces, library/media center, dining, and administrative spaces. Also included was the demolition of half of the existing Hamilton Center high school and minor renovations to the remaining half to provide a 1-year swing space where classes were held. Upon completion of the new building, the remaining half of Hamilton Center will be demolished and the athletic fields will be built. The project will be seeking LEED® Silver certification.
