Scope Of Work
The Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World consists of a 120,000 SF building with on-grade, spread footings and pilasters. The structure includes structural concrete tilt-wall that supports a joist/joist girder roof structure in conjunction with interior steel tube columns. The facility includes:
20,000 SF, 16-lane bowling alley and restaurant
16,000-gallon aquarium
Tracker boat sales and service center
Boat storage area
Archery range
Large outdoor fountain
The interior finishes are typical big box retail finishes enhanced with added imagery and theming. Local area artifacts, state and record wildlife mounts are displayed alongside historical images depicting early Texans enjoying sporting adventures. In addition, the restaurant features two dining rooms with audio/visual capabilities to support meetings, parties and other special events.
