Scope Of Work

Remove and dispose of both the built-up low slope and pitched metal roofing systems complete down to the substrates, including insulation. Remove and dispose of the gutter system and cap internal pipe drains. Provide solid substrate covering of vacated gutter space tying in substrate for a flat, even surface to the plywood substrate. Provide a new standing seam metal roof system for steep slopped sections of the building. Include gutters, downspouts, trim, and accessories in order to provide a leak-free roofing system. Provide a new metal fascia, in accordance with the approved design, which includes 22-guage continuous cleat and 22-guage Kynar coated fascia. Additional features of this portion of construction include new metal copings with under-layments of various sized lumber and replacement of deteriorated existing plywood substrate.
