Scope Of Work
Remodels of seven (7) different Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart Supercenters totaling over $2.5 million and were completed between the months of April and October. At any given time there were three (3) projects that were under construction simultaneously. These remodels consisted of complete interior and exterior re-paint, joint sealants, signage, millwork/laminate replacement, complete store flooring replacement, refrigeration replacement, vision centers, hearing centers, electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, tire and lube upgrades, restroom ADA compliance, plastic laminate wainscot, ceramic tile, oven and dishwasher upgrades and epoxy flooring. All construction activities were completed while maintaining a fully operational and functional store. Safety and the ability not to disrupt sales and the customer experience was paramount to the success of these projects.
