Scope Of Work
Anthem Builders was the Prime Contractor on this project, consisting of the ground up construction of a new training facility for the Sonoma State "Seawolf" baseball program. Additional funding for the project was acquired after the start date which lead to a large increase in the scope of work. The owner was very happy with the end result and Anthem Builders is hoping to bid Phase II.
