Jeff’s experience as a commercial construction manager was pivotal in re-inventing Absolute Construction in 2005. With over 33 years of experience, Jeff has developed an understanding of all aspects of general construction and construction management. His responsibilities with Absolute include:

Experience
Jeff started in the construction industry in 1979 working his way through the trenches to become Field Manager. In 1992 Jeff became Division Manager of a large Kenosha based General Contractor, assigned with the responsibility of their new business development in the Milwaukee market. In the final year as Division Manager, the new Milwaukee Division (one of five overall divisions) was accountable for 42% of that year's performance.
By 1996 Jeff was offered the challenge of joining a small Racine based General Contractor, as President/COO. As President he introduced new accounting, management, scheduling, estimating and lead tracking systems. During his tenure as president, he more than quadrupled the average annual volume of the company with the single largest year of $63 million, growing to the 7th largest contractor ranking in Southeastern Wisconsin as published by the Milwaukee Business Journal. In 2005 Jeff joined ACE as Vice President with a concentration on developing Owner's Representative/Construction Management relationships.

Absolute Construction Enterprises was incorporated & founded by Tracy in 1990. As a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Absolute continues to grow since Tracy reinvented the firm by adding of one of the area’s most experienced commercial construction management teams. Tracy believes success comes from working hard to become the best you can be no matter what difficulties you encounter. As President, Tracy is responsible for the successful overall business operation of Absolute. She holds copyrights on many of her Architectural and structural designs. Tracy's other areas of expertise include:

Bob joined the Absolute Construction team in 2004 entering immediately into his current executive position helping to expand the business interest into Construction Management serves.
During his over 30 years of experience Bob has developed a knowledge of construction from the trenches to close-out through his direct hands on technical exposure. Bob’s responsibilities at ACE include:

Experience
Bob has been supervising projects since becoming a journeyman and during the past 18 years he has continually performed as a Field Manager, combining supervisory and managerial responsibilities, on several major construction management projects. He utilized this direct technical experience to the benefit of projects both during the planning/design phase as well as following through to direct the actual construction. Bob is extremely detail oriented, thoroughly enjoys driving each project to success, dealing with its challenges, and producing a quality project. Bob has a record of total owner satisfaction.

Mike Wiedenbeck's Bio

Mike joined Absolute Construction in 2004. During his 20+ years of experience Mike has developed an understanding of construction from both the contractor’s and the owner’s point of view. His diversified experiences working as a manager on major projects include facilities such as; schools, a prison, water treatment, assisted living, city police/courthouse and multitude of renovation projects. At Absolute, Mike’s responsibilities include:

Experience
Initially Mike began his career as an Engineering Assistant to Kenosha Unified School District’s Facility Manager, Rex Blake. At KUSD he was involved with preparing bidding documents, interacting with Principles and staff to assess their facilities needs and then implementing construction/ maintenance projects. Mike held his fulltime job at KUSD while at the same time pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering at UW-Parkside.
He utilized his experiences to pursue a career in Construction Management by joining a large Kenosha based General Contractor as Project Engineer. In 1996 he joined a small Racine based contractor and contributed significantly to the company’s growth ultimately working his way from Project Manager to Vice President. Mike is very well versed in detailed project estimating, conceptual budgeting, project management and construction scheduling.
