Joint venture for construction of the new 20,000 square foot St. Alphonsus Church in Zionsville, IN. Included full site development of parking lot, landscape, and lighting. Glue laminated wood superstructure with structural steel framing. Phased construction in order for owners weekly schedule in adjacent buildings to not be interrupted.
