Al Meininger's Bio
In a single phrase, Al Meininger is an Entrepreneur and Visionary. His idea of an environmentally aware demolition company was ahead of its time and lead to the opening of Aztec Industries in March of 1983, one of the first five Asbestos Abatement Companies in the United States.
Al’s team of Estimators, Project Managers and Safety Director attended the first Asbestos Abatement Certification Class sponsored by the University of Cincinnati and have remained loyal to Al throughout his career in the demolition and abatement industry to the opening of Aztec Services Group, Inc. in July of 2013.
Al is best known for his “can do” attitude and ability to think outside the box and provide unique ideas and solutions for difficult tasks required by this industry. He has consulted with Owners, Architects, Engineers and General Contractors to provide the most cost effective plan of action possible to ensure customer satisfaction, timely completion of projects and job safety. Al is personally involved with each project he is awarded and is vigilant to completion.
Career
In March of 1997 through April of 2003 Al became the Chief Operating Officer of American Services Group, Inc. where he and his team successfully completed negotiated and competitively bid Demolition and Environmental projects up to $2.9 million dollars.
May of 2003 through November 2013 Al joined LVI Environmental Services, Inc. as Branch President. Al's success continued as he and his team completed Demolition and Environmental projects up to $7.5 million dollars. As with Aztec Industries, Al continued to have a "hands on" role with all projects to ensure profitability, job safety and customer satisfaction.
In November 2013 Al resigned from LVI Environmental Services to open Aztec Services Group, Inc.
