Scope Of Work
Renovation to existing laboratory space on level 3 of MIT’s Building. The scope of work includes installation of new MEP systems, replacement of furniture and equipment, rearrangement of interior partitions and new flooring and finishes through the space. Scope of work also includes new fume hood and associated exhaust duct work that will run from the 3rd floor to the roof and a new exhaust fan to be installed on the roof with a new GWB enclosure. The scope also includes running new tempered water piping through the basement and up the chase to the 3rd floor.
