Rick Ball has thirty years of experience in all phases of commercial . His involvement from supplier, manufacturer, and of commercial projects provides a unique experience level to assist our customers. He currently serves as Managing Member of Ball Team, LLC providing and owner representative s regionally.

Mr. Cooper has twenty six years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. He provides estimating and cost control services, as well as his project management expertise. He has completed a number of large, complex, fast track projects with a reputation for completing on schedule and within budget. Brent takes complicated and difficult projects and creates a Team approach to a systematic delivery of a high quality, financially sound project to meet our client’s expectations.

Mr. Karns has twelve years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. He has a strong background in estimating and scheduling. As a project manager he works with project team members through all phases of the construction process. He is an excellent communicator and provides leadership and direction for all Team Members. He has completed large fast track projects with a reputation for completing them on schedule and within budget

Mr. Karns has 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He is the General Superintendent and has the overall responsibility for coordinating, directing and overseeing the completion of all field activities as they relate to the performance of all trades on the project including subcontractors and suppliers. He is responsible for on-time, on budget, quality construction while maintaining safe jobsites. He communicates with the superintendents and project managers regarding jobsite requirements to maintain productivity and quality and to keep each project on schedule.
