Scope Of Work

CRB in conjunction with HLW and the full A/E team provided design and permitting s for the new Agensys R&D and Manufacturing Campus. The multi-building campus consolidated four different sites throughout the City of Santa Monica into one research campus. The new facility consists of flexible research laboratories, support spaces, manufacturing research, GMP facility, pilot plant, central plant, administrative offices, fitness center,  café, sculpture garden, and conferencing center.

The research laboratories support both biology and chemistry research with growth and flexibility for future needs. Shared laboratory support was centrally located in order to maximize efficiency and operation costs. Office and executive areas were placed overlooking a seasonal sculptural garden with an eclectic procurement of art pieces from various local artists. The facility is  Silver and the site includes ample bicycle parking, shower facilities, and is adjacent to the new light rail train station.
