Scope Of Work

Skanska is providing design-build services for interior improvements at the basement and apron levels of international Terminal 4,concourse 4 North (N4) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Work includes modernization of escalators and baggage claim carousels; the addition of a high speed passenger elevator and an oversize baggage elevator; remodeling the Customs Border Protection offices and support facilities; and reconfiguring primary and secondary screening and inspection areas for Customs. All work is being performed within an active FIS, which will remain operational during construction.
