Scope Of Work

This project was unique in that the work was conducted without having to close the store or impact business operations in any way. The majority of work was prefabricated and installed at night to minimize impacts to the store. Each night's activities were wrapped up so that they were invisible to the store's customers. In-store renovations included two new false beams that spanned the store atrium space and that were built to match an existing beam; the relocation of sales counters; new freestanding walls for shelving; color matching of integral concrete; and the installation of shelving brackets, re-clad pine panels, and new cedar cladding and soffits. The project also included a large, curved, freestanding planter and freestanding stone wall.
