Our Story

Allec, LLC provides environmental remediation services to residential and commercial building owners and managers throughout Baltimore and the surrounding metropolitan area. Mold, asbestos, lead, or damage from fire, smoke, or water – whatever your need – you can count on Allec, LLC to restore your building quickly, efficiently, and reliably.

We handle all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold, including project assessment to identify the source of the problem, cost estimating, remediation scheduling, and resource allocation. Allec, LLC offers a flexible workforce to accommodate both planned and impromptu projects.

We are licensed and insured, and projects are completed in strict accordance with U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE). We can accommodate both residential and commercial areas ranging anywhere in size from 10 to 10,000+ square feet.
