Scope Of Work
Groove Burgers is a new and authentic restaurant serving up specialty appetizers, salads, handhelds, and specialty hamburgers. This project required interior demolition and renovation of an existing 2,400 Sq. Ft. space featuring an acoustical ceiling tile grid, warm color contrasts, new MEP systems, 9 large screen displays, a commercial venthood, and walk-in cooler and freezer. A fun environment for a watching a game with friends or grabbing dinner with the family.
Delivery Method: Cost Plus
Scope of Work: Demolition, permitting, concrete work, interior walls, acoustical ceiling grid, MEP systems, paint, interior finishes.
