Scope Of Work

Sugar Loaf is a senior living is a new community that offers a variety of senior living options. With a strong focus on Wellness, a variety of social, educational, physical, intellectual, vocational and spiritual programs available.

The community offers a spectrum of senior living options and services that include senior living with services, assisted living, and memory & Alzheimer's care. Sugar Loaf is a home for adults 55 and better.

A variety of high quality amenities are throughout the two story building that features a total of 65 units; 14 studio memory care units, 41 assisted living units, and 10 independent care units.

The goal in designing this building was to combine contemporary living with choices of several first class amenities for luxury living.

Amenities included are a coffee shop, outdoor patio, chapel, and library with computer/internet, salon, wellness room, great room, private dining room, garages, and a whirlpool/spa.

Services provided within Sugar Loaf Senior Living include Sugar Loaf Courte, they specialize in care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. Sugar Loaf Courte also has an area for those with higher care needs and those who need more staff monitoring supervision.

Amenities within Sugar Loaf Courte include studio apartments with kitchenettes, private living and dining room, outdoor patio area, whirlpool spa, enhanced level of care available, specialized activities for persons with memory loss, and specialized monitoring systems.
