Scope Of Work

The All Saints Senior Living project consists of an 84 unit, new three story building 78,383 square feet Assisted Living Facility with a 14,983 square feet Memory Care Unit and a 4,120 square feet Enhanced Care Facility; the total gross building area is approximately 97,500 square feet. There are 7 tuck-under parking stalls, surface parking spaces, single phase development, and porch, various offices for staff, laundry, facilities, wood framed construction, fire sprinkled, and resident call center.

At All Saints Senior Living, you’ll benefit from tailored home care services offered in the privacy of your own one or two bedroom apartment. They offer Assisted Living, Enhanced Care and Memory Care.

All Saints features many first class amenities such as; washer and dryer in unit, home care services, controlled entry, emergency response system, coffee shop/bistro, spa services, pub room/lounge, wellness/fitness room, chapel, and library with computer room.
