 Residences at Harvard Commons is a new community  single-family homes  affordable units located  a beautiful Dorchester subdivision. It lies on a portion   former Boston State Hospital  which closed  1979  had lain empty until this new  started.

 its first phase, a $20 million  brought 45 units  affordable housing to  , with funding assistance from  City’s Department  Neighborhood    State’s Department  Housing  Community .

Phase II    brought 26 market rate homes to this beautiful Dorchester subdivision while strengthening the neighborhood’s multicultural identity. It is currently all sold out with all homes under agreement.
