Scope Of Work
Insurance repair. Original contractor used common nails to apply stucco lath resulting in rust stains bleeding through the exterior.
South and West walls had to be stripped to CMU. Lath, stucco, and parapet cap was all replaced while store remained in operation.
Work required scheduling around store operations.
