Scope Of Work
Fire Sprinkler System Replacement and Upgrade of 13 tenant occupied buildings. The goal of this project was to retro fit the existing sprinkler system in the community to make it both operational and NFPA 13 R compliant. The scope required the removal and replacement of all piping for the entire second floor system, replacement of approximately 75 sprinkler heads per building, and re working of the riser.
