Scope Of Work
The Village of Carpentersville engaged Prairie Forge Group (as WCM) to provide construction management services for the construction of their new Public Works facility. The facility includes fleet maintenance bays, garages, shops, crew areas, administration offices, salt storage, yard access, and a fueling station. This project, located on a site situated between the city’s Waste Water Treatment Plant and a community school, required special attention to the planning and phasing of construction.
