Scope Of Work

Delivered under the Design-Build process, the new sanctuary consisted of the complete demolition of the existing sanctuary and an adjacent building. New facilities consisted of a complete 6,500 square foot new sanctuary and the renovation of an adjoining three room complex. The structure is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building sitting on concrete foundations and a concrete slab. The new floor plan seats approximately 400, includes a stage with praise team areas and a bathroom, a nice size lobby and coffee lounge area and complete new bathrooms. The renovated adjoining spaces serve as nursery rooms. The interior sanctuary space is quite expansive and beautifully finished with acoustical ceilings and drywall soffits and walls leaving no impression from the inside that this is a pre-engineered metal building. Site work included a new paved drive and grassed parking area, as well as new storm water drainage pond.
