Scope Of Work
Marcona is one of L.A.’s famous gourmet sandwich restaurants. Located on the hip Melrose Avenue, which boasts some of the more trendy shopping and eating experiences. Imbuia Helped Expedite through the city, the Change of Use from Retail to Restaurant The Restaurant required a New Septic Tank and DWP required new Electrical Service for all of the units in the complex
Imbuia was involved in the Design, Submittals, Permitting and Demo through finished product.
Finishes include:
Polished and stained Concrete floors Elaborate Moldings and Built in seating Carrera Counter tops
All new Kitchen/ Bathrooms
