Scope Of Work
The Time Warner Center was the first major building to be completed in Manhattan after the September 11, 2001 terrorists' attacks. WDF was selected as the plumbing contractor to retrofit this iconic tower.
This large specialty plumbing project outfitted the 55 story, mixed use retail, hotel, office space building for AOL Time Warner, Inc. and other Time Warner entities including CNN TV.
WDF Inc. furnished and installed the complete plumbing system for the base building - North and South Towers which included: plumbing piping and insulation, the domestic water systems throughout, all storm systems, all sanitary systems, cooling tower makeup, the natural gas system and all toilet accessories and fixtures.
Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. was the contractor for Columbus Center LLC C/O and related companies.
