Scope Of Work
Cain Contracting was selected by the United States Custom & Border Protection Agency to perform general contracting services for the fit-out of a new, highly functional office space. The 13,000 SF space was converted from an abandoned cafeteria in Washington, DC. Significant mechanical and electrical modifications were made to accommodate the needs of the new office space, as well as demolition, flooring, drywall, doors, and acoustical ceilings. The floor plan features an open layout, perimeter offices, and conference rooms.
