Scope Of Work
Cain Contracting was subcontracted by Gilbane Building Company to assist in the construction of the
new state-of-the-art physical education complex. The 167,000 SF complex is composed of an indoor
arena and pool, a 10,000 SF satellite central utility plant, a 67,000 SF facilities and public safety building,
an outdoor track, tennis courts and ballfields, and campus parking. Cain’s work includes the installation
of light gauge structural framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile, and skylights for the new complex,
amidst a tight, occupied site.
