Scope Of Work

Cain Contracting was selected for this emergency design/build project at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in response to serious life safety issues and code violations within the building. Heavy updates to the electrical system were implemented, including the replacement of the main and emergency electrical panels, as well as the fire alarm system, lighting protection system, and emergency lighting. Cain also replaced guard and hand railing, and replaced two outdated and malfunctioning storm drain sump pumps that were causing flooding after heavy rain.
