Scope Of Work
Cain Contracting was selected to perform work on the complete renovation and addition to Highland Town Elementary School, originally built in the 1940’s. A new 50,000 SF addition was constructed that tripled the school’s size. Serving as a subcontractor to Cam Construction, Cain Contracting was responsible for interior fit out services, including drywall, acoustical ceilings, and carpentry. The addition included many architectural elements to complement the character of the original school house, including barrel vaulted ceilings, round bulkheads, and tall window bulkheads.
