Scope Of Work

Sixteen existing sand bunkers will be removed, while seventy-one sand bunkers will either be built or restored. Additional work will include building new berms and mounding, as well as new fairway and chipping areas generated from existing turf, primarily on the course's par three holes. Nearly half of the newly built or restored bunkers will be lined with fabric liners, while the other green-side bunkers will utilize the Better Billy Bunker polymer spray method. Irrigation is also within the scope of work. New irrigation heads will be added to the golf course's existing system. Others will be shifted when deemed necessary to make room for the sand bunkers and fairway turf adjustments.
