Scope Of Work

The scope of work for Clinton Country Club's renovations include the restoration of green-side and fairway bunkers on holes 10 through 18. The bunker surrounds will be stripped of sod and all bunker sand will be removed and excavated. Rough and finish shaping of each bunker will be required and new drainage pipes and fittings will be installed. Each bunker will have liner material installed with new bunker sand installed. Sodding of the bunker surrounds will repair the areas adversely affected by construction. In all there are 36 green-side and fairway bunkers scheduled for completion.

In addition to the bunker work, the tee box at hole 13 is also scheduled to be re-done. Many of the same construction trades will be utilized to complete the tee renovation including: earthwork, shaping, drainage, irrigation, topsoil management, seedbed preparation and feature sodding.
