Scope Of Work
Company growth prompted Schumacher Elevator Company to expand and renovate their headquarter facility, located in Denver, Iowa. The design of the addition utilized pre-cast concrete panels to match the existing building. Housed within the new space is additional manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as new offices. A portion of the existing building was also renovated to update staff offices.
Cardinal Construction served as the general contractor for this project and self performed demolition, concrete, steel, rough and finish carpentry, doors and hardware and specialties.
