Scope Of Work
Strip site of vegetation. Excavate and haul off site approximately 300,000 cubic yards of material to allow for new warehouse expansion. Construct approximately 250,000 square foot building pad for dock high warehouse using select fill material. Cut/Fill and balance the remaining site. Lime stabilize all paving areas and prep for concrete. Backfill behind curbs upon completion of the paving.
