Scope Of Work
Clear, grub, and strip approximately 16 acre site. Excavate roads and area drains to establish positive drainage. Cut/Fill and balance the site. Construct 17 building pads to grade using select fill material. Lime stabilize all paving subgrade. Backfill behind curbs with topsoil upon completion of the paving.
