Scope Of Work

The mission of the Community Foundation of the Holland/Zeeland Area is to create lasting positive change. They work to build a permanent community endowment that supports high impact charitable projects to help donors achieve their charitable goals and to lead and partner in community level initiatives. They contracted Midwest to renovate their existing offices in downtown Holland. The  included new offices with glass sliders, added clerestory windows for natural light, and new flooring throughout the conference room.
