Scope Of Work
With most new construction in Westford priced at $600,000 and above, the 1,400 square foot units starting at $250,000 provided a unique new home ownership opportunity. Site work began in August and the foundations were poured in September. The modules for the first unit were set October 7th and the second and third units were set the next day. The last three units were placed on their foundations at the end of the month. Two units were occupied by Thanksgiving and two more families were in their new homes before Christmas. All six units were completed with occupancy permits by the end of the year
