Scope Of Work
Newco Construction was selected by Kmart/Sears to be an integral part of their ADA Compliance Program. Newco’s strong background in Compliance Programs with many national retailers was a key factor in the selection process. Working with the owners Architects and Engineers, Newco upgraded stores throughout the Southeast and Midwest to ensure all areas of the store were in Compliance with State and Local Codes.
