Scope Of Work
New 75,000 SF, Six story mixed-use development located on the lively Telegraph Avenue. Project features five floors of residential units (70) arranged around a central courtyard, with retail and parking below. Other amenities include bike storage & laundry rooms on each floor. The design also incorporates green features such as biofiltration planters, natural light and ventilation, LED lighting, and low flow plumbing fixtures.
