Scope Of Work
New 110,000 SF, 5-story mixed-use complex consisting of sixty-six (66) apartment units, type VA, three (3) commercial spaces, type IA, and a two (2) level subterranean parking garage, type IA. 55,000 SF of gross residential area, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment units. Amenity spaces included roof deck, courtyard lounging, and lobby study spaces.
