Scope Of Work
The Early Childhood Development facility centers on promoting early education and interactive skills for pre-school aged children. As such, the Clark County Nevada, Department of Real Property Management, invested millions of dollars to design a state of the art facility. This 17,500 square feet single storey building includes several individualized classrooms, garden areas, breezeway, and play ground facilities. Additional construction included concrete slab on grade, full site utilities, landscaping, off site roadwork and parking lot construction.
